Singer songwriter Frances Madden has developed a growing international fan base
with songs inspired by personal experiences that connect deeply with her audience.
She’s currently working on a new album with Grammy Award winning Producer and Engineer Cameron Craig (Adele).

Frances’ recent move to the music mecca of London from her native Australia
corresponded with a creative shift and the emergence of her own authentic voice as a contemporary singer songwriter. Her music combines contemporary pop sensibilities with influences from jazz, soul and folk.

“Only a vastly talented songwriter produces such works . . . ”
Eric Myers / The Australian

Frances’ journey is one of passion for her music. While she recently performed her women’s anthem ‘She Will Rise’ live to a global TV audience for the Australian Open tennis final, Frances started her music career jumping in at the deep end and fronting one of Sydney’s most popular live bands. In between, she went solo, recorded several successful original albums, played to packed houses and festivals around Australia and won numerous accolades for her songwriting.

“Frances' music is a river of original and heartfelt material, truly a creative force as a genuine contemporary songwriter.”

Frances has been fortunate to work with some impressive people in the industry.  She’s supported the legendary Dionne Warwick and Grammy Award winner Gregory Porter, and performed live in concert with jazz genius James Morrison. Her album ‘Beautiful World’ (2020) was produced by ARIA Award winner Chong Lim (Olivia Newton John) and earned five nominations in the Australian Songwriting Awards. Her touring and recording have been supported by awards from Creative Australia.
